1: Re-run the cspsconfigtool.exe to start the Azure Site Recovery Process Server configuration tool.
2: Enter the passphrase manuallyIf problem persist, reset the credentials in cspsconfig tool in the configuration server, should resolve the issue.
Last thing, you can try is rebooting configuration server. -
