Error: adding node server while configuring Always On FCI

While adding node in configuring Always On FCI, I am getting 18328-img-20200818-185853.jpgError: The credentials you provided for the sql server agent service are invalid.

    Hi Chap,

    It seems you have not selected the account name for SQL Agent which is causing the validation error, if you see the bottom you can see the related error.
    Try to add the account as you can see in above objects like Browser, SQL Engine etc.

    Hi,

    Please try to change the account of SQL Server Agent in the active node to a domain account.

    To add a node to an existing SQL Server FCI, you must run SQL Server Setup on the node that is to be added to the SQL Server failover cluster instance. you can login in this node by a domain account with a domain admin permission. For failover cluster instance installations, account name and startup type information will be pre-populated on the Service Accounts page based on settings provided for the active node.
