Recovery files from AZURE recovery services storage

Hi,

I am trying recover files from Azure vault with an external DPM. If I select only one file the management console will crash. (Error: ID104). If I try to restore the data with the full folder structure Recovers status: Successful Data transferred: 74.73MB but the folders remain empty. Any ideas?

This is so strange. Could you please update the MABS agent and MARS agent (2.0.9227.0) and then try restore of a single file?

Thanks for your response. After the MARS agent update, unfortunately, a single file recovery has failed. I got same error message. An unexpected error occurred while the job was running. (ID 104 Details: Internal error code: 0x80990A52)
I can't restore these files.

Our university has a basic advisor package for technical support at AZURE. This package recommends 24/7 access to customer service, documentation, studies, and support forums.

Update from technical support team:

Unfortunately the files restore was failed because backups time (retention) have expired. However, the DPM console shows the files as recoverable. Hence, support team temporarily closed the ticket.
