SQL job (email) alert to warn of disk getting full

I am trying to create an alert from SQL server to send me an email when the log or data files for a database are almost about to fill up the disk they reside on.
Is anyone able to help with this?

Hi RaymondPakure-9310,

You can create a performance condition alert, then select Percent Log Used as Counter and define threshold for the alert.
You also can create an event alert using error 1105.

Amelia, I have a question. I'm trying to figure out how this will work on an instance that has multiple databases. Also, is it really checking against the disk capacity and what's left? I used the Percent Log Used as Counter and set it to send the alert when it rises above 95. Does that mean it'll send an alert if disk capacity surpasses 95% capacity due to log growing?
