1- Stop VM Protection- (Not Delete)
2- Move VM to another RG
3- Enable New or Existing RSV to VM

@Jim The data in the recovery service vault cannot be moved. Please refer to the doc here. However, you can choose to retain the data in RS vault by stop protecting the VM and start to re-protect in the new recovery service vault. Older recovery points would be available for you in RS vault(old).

    Hello @SadiqhAhmed-MSFT .

    How are you?

I try to stop the backup whithout deleting the recovering point and backup the vm with another vault and didnt work.

Its seems that i need to delete all backups to use another vault.

Its possible to tell me what i need to do to move vault A to vault without deleting the old backups?

    Best regards
