    Hi,

Thanks for posting in Q&A platform.

Before we go further, I would like to confirm the following questions:

I noticed that there were error sign in front of DHCP Server, DNS Server and File Services, could you please confirm whether these roles and features were installed successfully on this server?

Can you click links of these servers with error sign successfully? Were there any error message when access to these servers? If yes, please provide screenshots of errors for further troubleshooting.

Or please check if there is any Event logs related to these errors.

Please understand, due to the environmental limitation, we have no such Windows server 2008 R2 device to do test in our lab. It is hard for us to reproduce and analyze this issue from Q&A platform support level.

In addition, windows server 2008 R2 support has been ended on January 14, 2020. Technical assistance and software updates from Windows Update that help protect your PC are no longer available for the product. Microsoft strongly recommends that you move to the latest version to avoid a situation where you need service or support that is no longer available.

Hope my answer will help you!

---Please Accept as answer if the reply is helpful---

    Best Regards,
    Sunny
