    Hi,

I don't think Fedora is a supported distribution on Hyper-V. You could check supported Linux distributions here.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/virtualization/hyper-v/Supported-Linux-and-FreeBSD-virtual-machines-for-Hyper-V-on-Windows

As Linux on Hyper-V is not currently supported in Q&A, it's recommended to ask experts on the dedicated forum here
    https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home?forum=linuxintegrationservices

    Best Regards,
    Ian

I don't believe that the Linux on Hyper-V forum has moved over to the docs forums. You can find the Linux on Hyper-V experts in their TechNet forum located at https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home?forum=linuxintegrationservices
