SCOM Event Id 623 | HealthService (9348)

Question

Hi ,

We have this event id 623 on one of the agent resulting the agent to be in greyed out.
Below is the eventid details. Could you please help me understand the issue and resolution.

"HealthService (9348) Health Service Store: The version store for this instance (0) has reached its maximum size of 60Mb. It is likely that a long-running transaction is preventing cleanup of the version store and causing it to build up in size. Updates will be rejected until the long-running transaction has been completely committed or rolled back. "

Hi,

This event indicates that the version store is full, can you post a screenshot of the full event from the Event Viewer so we can identify where it is coming from?

Hi,

As Leon suggested, we may need to know the Source of the Event ID.
