We have Citrix servers running on Win2k16 Server.
After migrating mailboxes to Exchange Online, Outlook 2019 often takes a long time on 'Processing...'.
What is Outlook doing here??
Why does it take so long??
How do we fix this??
I know that one standard fix is to recreate the Outlook profile but this mainly shortens the time for 'Processing...'
Thank you, Tom

    Hi @tommls ,

    Welcome to our forum!

What specific operations have you done before the "processing" issue occurred?
And does this issue occur with some specific users or all the users in your organization?

To further confirm whether the problem is related to your outlook client, please log in to web mail and check if everything is ok when you do the same operations.

If the issue only occurs on the Outlook client, first of all, considering the impact of the current Outlook version not updated, what's the version of your Outlook 2019? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.

In addition, I noticed that you have tried to recreate a profile, as I know, there are a number of possible reasons for Outlook to behave this way. For example, some third-party add ins and damaged Office programs may lead to such a situation. Please follow the potential solutions in order from quickest to most time consuming in this article:
Outlook not responding, stuck at "Processing," stopped working, or freezes

Hope the above help! If it's not your case, please provide more information about your issue for our better research.
