Account problem

I have 2 microsoft accounts.
On one I cannot change password, nothing.
For one account I have recently bought a business ondrive package. I cannot use this, it does not let me synchronise sharpoint folders on my ondrive dekstop folder.
I think the 2 accounts are messing up the acces part.
It is saying that my IT department should make the changes. Not possible, our small companyt does not have this and I myself as co-owner installed it all on my PC.
I really need some help here, preferaly by phone!
