Azure feature with services stuck on pending

I've been trying to enable some features just to be sure, and I put them under a specific name.
However, the status seems to be stuck on pending, and anything I can find is that people who had the same issue were required to sent in a ticket.
So by that logic, im having the same problem as shown below.
