I did buy the windows 10 and put the product key in the system but because of some problems, i had to format my computer. And now i've lost my product key, can i retrieve it? How?
Did the product key come installed on your computer when you purchased it? If not where did you purchase your product key from? Perhaps you can reach out to the retailer and ask them for your product key.

They send me the product key to my email, but im not finding it. And even if i find it, i dont know if its gonna be possible to put the same product key twice.
You can contact the retailer again to get the product key. If its retail key, you can use it for activation multiple times and obviously after reinstall.
If you were on OEM license, you don't need product key as it is tied to motherboard and should automatically activate system.

You can reinstall Windows 10 ant it will be automatically activated if you have activated it before.
So, you don't need the key.
