Tab turned gray and cannot be selected

Hi, my five colleagues have the same problem now as they cannot press on tab inside "More". The button turned into gray and forced them to open with browser.

    @Nattachart Apologies but i do not understand the issue from the screenshots provided. Can you please add some more details on the issue or share the screenshots by running the app in English?
