Update Error 2022-08 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2019 (1809) for x64-based systems (KB5016623)

Greetings I am having problems with the update Update Error 2022-08 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2019 (1809) for x64-based Systems (KB5016623), this is downloaded and Windows server 2019 Standard, says that I install it to 100%, then the error comes out with the following legend:

"Last attempt to install with error on 08/24/2022 - 0x80071ab0".

I have been several weeks with this error, I have already reviewed official Microsoft documentation and still can not solve I appreciate, any help, in advance thank you very much.

    Some things to try
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/update/windows-update-resources#reset-windows-update-components-manually
    sfc /scannow
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    a repair install by running setup.exe from the root of install media

    im havinbg similar issues with 22-08 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5016688). The update is stuck on 20 % install and is killing my machine . The TiWorker.exe is running CPU ragged . How can i reverse it possible . Im convinced windows udates screw my pc up more than an virus ive ever had . I do not have a cutrrent working restore point
