How to resolve "Transfer not allowed for API" error while transferring domain name from one Azure account to another account?

I want to transfer App Service Domain from one Azure account to another. I have seen various questions posted here regarding the issue and all of them are facing one common issue: Transfer not allowed for API

I'm unable to find the solution for the same. I am a beginner in Azure. Please share a detailed guide on solving the error.

    I notice that you have posted comments on multiple threads. firstly, apologies for all the inconvenience and trouble. We’re here to help you.

    Please note that, the scenario you’re attempting to accomplish - Transferring domain between Azure Subscriptions (under same tenant) is a supported scenario.
    For this workflow (transfer within Azure) you should use the Azure portal - the screenshot you had is the GoDaddy Domain manager, which would not work.

    To transfer the domain between Azure Subscriptions (under same tenant):

    1. In Azure Portal, navigate to the ‘App Service Domain’ you want to transfer.
