You should be able to convert the partition to NTFS on reboot if files are in use. Usually no data loss occurs, but you should have current backups just in case.

There are 2 Dell VRTX here, and with OEM windows server 2012R2 pre-installed. Actually I need to use DPM for Azure backup, system protection is however based on the windows server backup feature on the target server. But now failed on WSB, for detail plz check the snapshot.
I have checked related issue, and one option from Dell is transfer the FAT32 partition to NTFS. But some files on this OS partition is opened in system, don't wanna run any risk. Any tips for this situation? THX before all
