Price Calculator Saved estimates not updating

I have an issue whereby my saved estimates aren't updating, meaning the price showing is the same price from 2021 when the estimate was originally created. I have tried In Private browsing and using a different browser altogether, but the result is the same. What I usually do is create a copy of my original and the expectation is that the price will update when I open it up but it's just copied the same pricing.

Any ideas?

I agree Chris, even I have tried in the past downloading or export of the estimates but sometimes it doesnt work so after few days I was able to download. Not convinient but looks like the backend type updates not reflecting in realtime, as I said they are just estimates for high level view.

    Hi Chris,

Where is the Price calc saved is it XLS or some tool? And what is the source for the pricing MS Site or external?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

It seems the prices are just estimates and the previous estimate total is based on the prices applicable on the day the estimate was created so for you it was in 2021 prices. Actual total estimate may vary. Did you tried opening the estimate again to view the total with the latest pricing and saving it?

Yes, I get they are estimates at the time they were saved but if you open a saved estimate I would have expected it to update with today's pricing based on the wording?

I can of course get some idea and start from scratch with the pricing but it's just time-consuming to get an estimate
