endnotes are not synchronized with the rest of the document, they are starting over again
I cannot get endnotes to work. My final endnotes for the paper are now not synchronized with the rest of the paper. They are at the end of the endnotes, not integrated into the rest of the endnotes. They have a new numbering method.
