Vista TIP chugging through MSDN's process

If you're an avid reader, you may have noted a comment I posted on Jonathan Hardwick's blog referring to the "memory leak hotfix". In particular, I'm referring to my second comment:

"...in an organization the size of Microsoft, there are many different hands that every piece of official communication and every bit of code must pass through before being made public. "

In short, I'm not surprised at the availability delays so much as I'm disappointed, as usually MSDN postings are much smoother than this process has shown.
