Hyper-V Tested Servers…

I get a lot of questions from people asking what servers have been tested and work with Hyper-V.

The Windows Server Catalog (www.windowsservercatalog.com) has a hardware category specifically for Hyper-V that lists all servers that have passed the Windows Logo test for virtualization.  Here’s a link to the full list…  Keep in mind that if a server or desktop machine is not on this list it doesn’t mean it work work it just means that it hasn’t meet all of the requirements for certification (like EEC RAM).

Are there any current or planned qualifications for storage systems specific to Hyper-V?

Paul, There are no that I know of... Typically the only time Microsoft does a specific cert is when there is something specific required.  Storage dosn't really fall into this category. -taylor
