Cancelling a scenario
Some bot scenarios include multiple steps. Multi-step scenarios force the user to provide specific responses and don't typically allow the user to leave the flow of the scenario conversation. In some cases, the user may want to force the scenario to end so they can start the current scenario again or begin a different scenario. The user can use the “cancel” command to end the current scenario.
