Gets an object representing a ComponentResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String, String) to create a ComponentResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetComponentResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
