Gets an object representing a PrivateStoreResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(Guid) to create a PrivateStoreResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetPrivateStoreResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
