Sets the value of a parameter in the parameters dictionary. The value must be an absolute URI.

Parameters

parameter: String

The parameter name.

value: String

The parameter value.

Exceptions

ArgumentException

parameter is null.

Remarks

If the parameter does not exist in the dictionary, it is added. The parameters dictionary is accessed through the Parameters property.
