Performs a logical comparison of two SequenceNumber instances to determine whether the first is greater than the second.

Parameters
The SequenceNumber on the left side of the operator.
The SequenceNumber on the right side of the operator.
Returns
true
if the first instance is greater than the second instance, otherwise, false
.
