When overridden in a derived class, creates the DSA signature for the specified hash value.

- rgbHash
- Byte[]
The hash value to be signed.
Returns
Byte[]
The digital signature for the specified hash value.
Exceptions
rgbHash
is null
.
This instance represents only a public key.
