Implements GetSchema() method to provide serialization support.

Returns XmlSchema.
Returns the XmlSchema object that describes the XML representation of the object that is produced by the IXmlSerializable.WriteXml(XmlWriter) method and accessed by the IXmlSerializable.ReadXml(XmlReader) method.

This member is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when the MetadataSet instance is cast to an IXmlSerializable interface.
