Deserializes a binary object into output-cache data.

Returns
An object that contains the deserialized data.
Exceptions
The deserialized object that is returned by the method is not a valid output-cache type.
stream is null.
Remarks
Important
Calling this method with untrusted data is a security risk. Call this method only with trusted data. For more information, see Validate All Inputs.
This method is used by output-cache providers that are operating under partial trust.
