Gets a value that indicates whether the StatusBarItem control that is associated with this StatusBarItemAutomationPeer object is off the screen. This method is called by IsOffscreen().

true if the element is not on the screen; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This method does not indicate whether the element is visible. In some circumstances, the element can be on the screen but still not be visible (for example, an element that is obscured by other elements).
