Provides class handling for the MouseMove event that occurs when the user moves the mouse.

Remarks
If the AllowsColumnReorder property is set to true
and the user presses the left mouse button, this method implements the visual behavior that occurs when the user drags a GridViewColumnHeader to a new location. This method override sets the Handled event argument to true
for the MouseMove event even if the user does not press the left mouse button.
