Gets or sets the amount of time in milliseconds between increase or decrease commands when a user clicks the RepeatButton of a Slider.

Property Value
A time in milliseconds between commands that change the Value of a Slider. The default is the system key repeat rate. For more information, see SystemParametersInfo (SPI_GETKEYBOARDSPEED).
