Creating and maintaining high-quality articles can be challenging and time-consuming. A simple and intuitive authoring experience will make it easier for the knowledge author to create articles and keep them relevant and accurate. This feature is composed of a set of usability improvements that will refine the knowledge authoring and consumption processes.
Key capabilities of the feature include:
- An easy and intuitive experience for adding and managing knowledge article attachments.
- A visual cue to help distinguish internal and external knowledge content in the knowledge search results card.
- Improvements to the publishing stage of the knowledge business process flow.
