Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework is an application (solution) that's available only to those organizations that have Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

Installing Channel Integration Framework from the Microsoft AppSource is no longer supported and is only available on organizations with Dynamics 365 Customer Service. See: Create and manage environments in the Power Platform admin center.

Prerequisites

Make sure you identify the Dynamics 365 instance for which you want to use the Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework application.
