Find your Customer Engagement (on-premises) administrator or support person
This article applies to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) version 9.1 using the legacy web client. If you’re using Unified Interface, your apps work the same as Unified Interface for model-driven Power Apps. For the Power Apps version of this article, see: Find your administrator or support person
You may occasionally run across issues that require consultation with your Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) administrator. If you don't know who your administrator is, you can use Advanced Find to find your administrator.
Sign in to your Customer Engagement (on-premises) organization.
On the command bar select the Advanced Find button.
On the Advanced Find page, in the Look for list, select Users.
Point to Select, and then select Security Roles from the list.
Under Fields, select Names.
Enter System Administrator in the box that says Enter Text. At this point, your screen should look like this:
Choose the Results button on the ribbon.
You should see a list of one or more system administrators.
