Sellers managing multiple leads and opportunities often struggle to balance the competing demands of their customers while keeping track of all necessary tasks. Sellers don’t have a single place to access the required information.
The Copilot overview page empowers sellers to build a sales pipeline and focus on the most important opportunities with minimal navigation in the Dynamics 365 Sales app. The sales agents will do most of the work, keeping sellers updated on the progress. Any task that requires seller input or intervention surfaces directly on the overview page, ensuring sellers can prioritize those tasks.
The overview page helps sellers start and end their day successfully, guiding them through tasks and activities. It eliminates the need to jump between grids, forms, and sections, offering a streamlined experience that maximizes productivity. The overview page helps sellers improve deal velocity and win rates by automating manual tasks and conducting research on their behalf.
