Manage phone numbers for SMS
Manage phone numbers to assign them to new users or to remove users who are no longer working in your organization or have moved to a different team.
How to manage the phone numbers
- Sign in to your sales app, and in the lower-left corner of the page, go to Change area > App Settings > SMS providers.
- Select the SMS provider.
- On the SMS service provider page, go to the Phone numbers tab.

To add a phone number, select New phone number and do steps 6 and 7 from Set up the SMS provider in Dynamics 365 Sales
- Under the Properties tab, corresponding to the phone number that you want to edit, select View additional properties.
The Phone number pane opens. - In the Owner field, remove the existing user and use the lookup to add a new user or team accordingly.
- Select Update.
The phone number is updated and the new user or team is assigned.
