  • To ensure the report refreshes over time, the admin credentials of the user who connects the app to your organization's data must be valid over time.
  • After you set up the connection, it can take up to 24 hours to initiate the Power BI view. Refresh the dataset after 24 hours.
  • You can't access the dashboard's Power BI designer file (pbix), so you can't use some tools like Performance Analyzer in Power BI Desktop. However, you can edit reports with the functionality supported by the Power BI service.
