LinkedIn's Job Posting API enables authorized third parties, such as ATS systems, Job Distributors (JDs), and Recruitment Advertising Agencies (RAAs), to post promoted jobs directly to LinkedIn on behalf of LinkedIn Talent Solutions customers. Pay For Performance (P4P) adds another pay on delivery opportunity to promote jobs on LinkedIn. Customers can either choose budgets to promote individual jobs within their ATS or JD to target LinkedIn members for a fixed 30-day duration or have their RAA advertise jobs on LinkedIn via job advertising campaigns.
This guide details how to enable P4P integrations for both individual job promotion (referred as "ATS systems" and "JDs" above) and job campaign (also known as "RAAs") partners. Once your developer application is provisioned with your P4P contract, you may make API calls as described below. Cheers to your new journey with LinkedIn P4P!
