WorksheetFunction.ImArgument method (Excel)
Returns the argument (theta), an angle expressed in radians, such that:

expression A variable that represents a WorksheetFunction object.

Use the Complex method to convert real and imaginary coefficients into a complex number.
ImArgument is calculated as follows:
