Customers can leverage the one Microsoft Commercial Cloud that combines Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
Feature details
We'll include robotic process automation (RPA) capabilities with Dynamics 365 applications, including:
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Dynamics 365 Finance
- Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
We plan to provide a set of out-of-the-box scenarios for using RPA with each of these applications. Power Automate will be the default option for extending and integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems where a native integration doesn't exist.
