How to Edit a Site Connection
You can edit a site connection by using the Site Connection dialog box. To edit a proxy server site connection, use the Http Proxy tab.
To edit a site connection
Open the Business Management application for which you want to edit the site connection.
On the File menu, click New, and then click Connection.
In the Site Connections dialog box, click Edit.
In the Settings dialog box, on Connection Settings tab, do the following:

Name
Type a name for the site connection.
Catalog Web Service
Type the path of the Catalog Web Service server. By default, Commerce Server 2009 uses the name of the computer that you are logged on to. You must specify the server name that you want to use. If you do not know the server name, contact your system administrator.
Orders Web Service
Type the path of the Orders Web Service server. By default, Commerce Server 2009 uses the name of the computer that you are logged on to. You must specify the server name that you want to use. If you do not know the server name, contact your system administrator.
Note:Connections to the Orders Web Service require an encrypted channel (https).This box only appears if you are making a new connection to the Customer and Orders Manager.
Profile Web Service
Type the path of the Profile Web Service server. By default, Commerce Server 2009 uses the name of the computer that you are logged on to. You must specify the server name that you want to use. If you do not know the server name, contact your system administrator.
Note:Connections to the Profile Web Service require an encrypted channel (https).This box only appears if you are making a new connection to the Customer and Orders Manager.
Marketing Web Service
Type the path of the Marketing Web Service server. By default, Commerce Server 2009 uses the name of the computer that you are logged on to. You must specify the server name that you want to use. If you do not know the server name, contact your system administrator.
This box only appears if you are making a new connection to the Marketing Manager.
On the Http Proxy tab, to edit the proxy server configuration, do the following:

Proxy Server
Type the proxy server name.
Port
Type the port number.
This field can contain a maximum of five numbers.
Bypass Proxy Server for Local Addresses
Select this box to use the proxy server for all local intranet addresses.
This server requires user name and password
Select this check box to require a user name and password to start the server.
User name
Type the user name to associate with this proxy server.
Password
Type the password to associate with this proxy server and user name.
Click OK.
