How to Restore a Deleted Campaign Item

This topic describes how to restore a campaign after it has been deleted.

To restore a campaign

  1. Click Start, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 , and then click Marketing Manager.

  2. In Marketing Manager, in the Views pane, click Campaigns.

  3. In the Tree View pane, click Deleted Items.

    Note

If you cannot see the Tree View pane, click Tree View on the toolbar.

  4. In the Search Results pane, select the campaign that you want to restore. Or you can search for the campaign by using the Advanced tab in the Search pane. If you use the Advanced tab, you must specify that "Deleted is true" in the search query. Search returns only items that have not been deleted unless otherwise specified.

  5. In the Tasks pane, click Restore.

  6. In the Restore Campaign dialog box, in the Select the Customer for this Campaign box, select the customer to which this campaign applies from the drop-down list, and then click OK.

The restored campaign appears in the Tree View pane under the customer to which the campaign applies.
