Commerce Server Edition Upgrade Migration Considerations
If you are upgrading from an evaluation version of Commerce Server 2007 to the full version or from the Developer Edition to the Enterprise Edition of Commerce Server 2007, Commerce Server Staging projects, routes, and configuration settings are removed during un-installation and must be re-created.
