Retrieves an enumerator that is used to enumerate over all weakly-typed properties of the current instance.

Remarks
Enumeration of strongly-typed properties, if needed, can be performed using reflection.
Use this method to retrieve the enumerator for the DiscountApplicationRecordBase.
