Phil Cross I manage the IT Audience team here in the UK. Most of my time is spent working across Microsoft in the UK, Europe and the USA, trying to make a difference to the way we interact with you so you get more out of Microsoft technology. I also work with the press, analysts and other influential bodies – and try to make the budget balance as fast as the team spends it!
