All Visual Studio Tools for Office solutions have prerequisites that must be installed before the solution can be run.
Checking for Prerequisites During Setup
You can create a Setup program by using the Publish Wizard that checks for prerequisites before it installs the solution components. Configuring IIS for Deployment
