Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat

Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat is included with Microsoft 365 subscriptions and offers secure, AI chat grounded in the web with enterprise data protection. Copilot Chat includes features like file upload, image generation, and access to pay-as-you-go agents. Unlike Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat is not grounded in organizational content like files, emails, or chats as part of the chat experience—it is grounded in data from the web only.

Microsoft 365 Copilot is an AI-powered assistant for business organizations, integrating Copilot into apps and services like Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and others. By connecting to your organization's data through the Microsoft Graph and providing a centralized Copilot portal through Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot makes it easy to find relevant documents and information, summarize email threads and meeting transcripts, and streamline business processes and collaboration.
