Your customer Trey Research calls you and wants an immediate quote and a price for a possible sale. You need to calculate this quickly and, therefore, you'll use a mathematical expression in a quote document.

Steps

    1. Type sales quote in the Search for page icon in the top-right corner of the page.

    2. Open the Sales Quotes list and select S-QUO1001 for Trey Research.

  2. Use a mathematical expression in a sales quote document.

    1. On the line, in the quantity field, type the formula 5*3*2+4-9.

    2. Tab to the next field.

    3. Business Central calculated the result as 25.
