Exercise: Transform data with notebooks

In this exercise, you clean raw sales data in a Fabric notebook, join it with customer and product tables, apply aggregations and window functions, and write the results to a Delta table. The exercise reinforces the shaping, joining, aggregation, and writing techniques covered in this module.
