Transfer Trusted Launch VM

Question

Hi there, I'm trying to transfer a VM from US East to US Central using the Resource Mover, however, I constantly get an error saying that a VM with Trusted Launch isn't supported. Is there a way to either disable Trusted Launch while keeping my data... Or to move the VM even with Trusted Launch enabled?

I understand you are wanting to migrate a Trusted Launch VM from one region to another using Resource Mover. As the error notes, this is not supported currently with Resource Mover.

You will need to create a backup of the original VM then deploy that backup in the new region. You can use Azure Compute Gallery or Azure Backup for this task.
